Leader's Guide & Implementation
A detailed leader's guide with a PowerPointTM presentation makes delivering SafeStart® easy. Anyone who completes a SafeStart® train-the-trainer course (public or in-house) can lead or facilitate SafeStart® using these tools. When delivering the course, each participant will receive 5 workbooks and personal state-to-error cards to help them learn and remind them of the simple concepts and critical error reduction techniques they will view in the videos and read in the workbooks.

SafeStart® Home Kit
Also included for each employee is a kit containing four DVDs, designed to help employees teach their family members SafeStart®. The DVDs are:

Taking SafeStart Home
In three parts, this DVD helps the employee introduce the SafeStart® concepts to their family using video, stories and the SafeStart® cards.
Boo Boo Bandits
This entertaining DVD will get young children excited about safety, teach them how to avoid injury by recognising hazards and help pave the way for learning SafeStart®.
Hurt at Home
An introduction teaches everyone how to communicate the SafeStart® concepts with each other while additional segments further address specific age groups.
SafeStart® on the Road
As an excellent precursor to the full SafeStart® course, this DVD will get teens and parents talking the same language about driving safely.

Why does it work?
SafeStart® works because it is based on real scenarios and simple concepts that everyone can relate to and apply to any situation in their everyday lives at work, at home, and on the road. Humor in the workbooks keeps the learning process enjoyable and gets people talking about their experiences as they relate to the principles.
