STOP™ Implementation Assistance Workshops
This intensive train-the-trainer workshop prepares leaders to implement the STOP™ programme at their workplace. The Implementation Assistance Workshop is designed to be deployed on-site at your facility for up to 20 participants, but you may also elect to attend one of our scheduled open sessions.
This workshop is conducted by STOP™ experts and is typically provided before your organisation begins STOP™ training. It is tailored to ensure that you get the best return on your STOP™ investment and helps build a strong foundation for a STOP™ rollout across your organisation.
In addition to the workshop itself, an on-site Implementation Assistance Workshop also includes a walk-through discussion about STOP™ implementation with senior management and a brief safety audit conducted by the STOP™ expert with one of your managers.
Attendees of both on-site and open Implementation Assistance Workshops will learn about STOP™ objectives, techniques and observation practices as well as the most effective ways to implement these programmes at individual sites.
Who Should Attend?
- Senior management and safety professionals preparing to implement STOP™ For Supervision, STOP™ For Each Other or STOP™ For Ergonomics in their organisation.
- Prospective customers wanting to gain a more complete understanding of how STOP™ is rolled out across an organisation.
